Job Responsibilities
- Plan and strategize for the systematic construction and generation of the sales funnel.
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online resources, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and cold emailing, to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Run targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients and create meaningful conversations.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and services to potential clients.
- Lead management – Effectively manage and guide leads through the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely and personalized interactions to nurture relationships and drive successful conversions.
- Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect databases, through effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching out to potential clients and nurturing leads.
- Maintain thorough records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned targets for lead generation and qualification on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of proven experience in a sales-related role (preferred),with a focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Comfortable with making cold calls and sending cold emails to initiate conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a desire to exceed targets and contribute to team success.
- Quick learner who can understand and articulate complex products or services.
