Your path to a safer, compliant workplace

Data-driven safety training that keeps your teams prepared, your rules current and your records ready for any audit.

— Common challenges

Where safety and compliance programs break down

Most teams face the same four problems. Each one leaves a gap between the rules on paper and what happens on the floor.

01

Regulatory complexity

Rules and standards keep changing. Falling behind leads to gaps and penalties.

02

Training that doesn't stick

Traditional sessions rarely make critical safety steps stick on the floor.

03

Manual documentation

Paper and outdated systems make compliance slow to prove and easy to get wrong.

— FAQ

Questions about safety and compliance training

It is how a company makes sure employees know the safety procedures, policies and regulations that apply to their job, and can follow them on the floor. Good programs go beyond one-time sessions and keep checking that the knowledge has stuck.

No tool can honestly guarantee that. Compliance depends on your processes, supervision and culture. RapL helps by keeping safety knowledge fresh, showing you where the gaps are, and giving you clear records of who has learned what.

Any topic you can write content for, such as PPE, fire safety, lockout and tagout, hazard reporting, food safety, data privacy and code of conduct. You can use your own SOPs and policies as the source.

Every answer an employee gives is tracked by topic, person, team and site. Weak areas show up on a knowledge map, and a short refresher can be sent to the people who need it.

Yes. Completion and score reports can be filtered by topic, team or site and exported, so you have a clear record ready when an auditor asks.
