Learning, Evolving, and Growing: RapL’s Vision for 2025

Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Breakthroughs

Happy New Year to all our readers, customers, partners, and well wishers! We wish you a joyful and successful 2025 filled with growth and positivity.

Looking back, 2024 was a year of tremendous learning and innovation at RapL. It was a journey of launching new features, addressing customer needs, onboarding new customers, welcoming new employees  and, of course, finding and fixing a few issues along the way 😁

On the product front, we expanded our horizons beyond learning, introducing GeniE, Craft, Smartforms, and Events — these tools were built with one goal in mind: empowering businesses to create a knowledgeable workforce while addressing the entire knowledge and information cycle.

The results have been incredible. Many existing customers have adopted these features at scale, and prospective customers often said, “Where was RapL all this time? This solves our needs perfectly!” This feedback fuels our commitment to understanding our customers deeply, proactively collaborating with them and delivering impactful solutions.

We also introduced Learning Paths, giving employees a clear view of their progress and helping managers plan systematic learning journeys for their employees. Other key features, like Learner Insights, Customized Analytics, Vacation Mode, have helped teams stay ahead.

Key Learnings from 2024

2024 marked the rise of AI, disrupting industries and transforming workflows. At RapL, we embraced this change by investing heavily and developing RapL Genie (employee AI assistant) and Craft (genAI tool to craft learning content). Check out rapl.ai for more information. As we step into 2025, we are proud to announce RapL’s evolution into an AI-driven people productivity platform, delivering AI-powered features that enhance learning, boost productivity, and support informed decision-making for employees and business leaders.

Our vision for 2025 goes beyond learning. We’re on a mission to bridge the gap between employee learning and tangible business outcomes, such as:

  • Mapping organizational knowledge gaps in real-time for each manager.
  • Driving employee productivity and engagement.
  • Improving key performance indicators.

The ultimate goal is to be a catalyst for business growth, helping our customers succeed while empowering their teams with knowledge and information required to do their jobs well.

Beyond Learning: Closing the Knowledge Loop

Traditionally, RapL focused on top-down learning through structured learning paths and microlearning, enabling managers to direct what employees needed to learn and know. Now, we’re taking a bold step forward with our Beyond Learning mission.

What’s New?

RapL is introducing a two-way knowledge-sharing approach, enabling employees to engage more actively with their teams and stakeholders. Employees can now: report issues, provide suggestions and complete planned audits, status updates and surveys from their mobiles or any device.

This bottom-up communication enables critical field insights and information flow directly from the frontline to HQ. The result? A more informed, connected, and empowered workforce with reduced errors, delays and mistakes.

Final Thoughts and the Road Ahead

As we step into 2025, we want to share a peek into our roadmap. Our mission remains clear: To help companies succeed by empowering their workforce with the right knowledge, information and AI tools.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our customers, partners and employees for inspiring us to grow and innovate. Together, we are excited to create compelling solutions to tackle new challenges this coming year.

Here’s to a happy, successful 2025 for all of us!
