For Monitors
- In Monitor → Summary → privileged users usage & learners usage & activation is given a separate summary view with enhanced UI.
- In Monitor → Activation → Privileged user → all privileged users are listed with all, using, not using, activated and pending filter option.
- In Monitor → Activation → Group & Role → activation health column is made similar to activation health in summary dashboard, with user counts displayed inside the brackets.
- In Monitor → Activation → User → filter is updated with label ‘Trend’ as prefix when filtering using past 5 weeks, this week and last week.
- In Monitor → Activation → User → this week column is updated with week day highlight from Monday to Sunday.
For Admins
- In Admin → Content → Genie → New File → admins can upload csv, pdf files, which feeds Genie with more knowledge to respond.
For Learners
- In Learner → My Genie → content when giving feedback to genie’s responses are updated.
- In Learner → Home → for quiz & test in learning path – view files hyperlink will be available when files are associated or marked as mandatory with quiz & test.
- In Learner → Home → Notifications → each poll & survey will have reminder notification which helps navigate to the particular poll & survey.
- In Learner → Home → Quiz → points details and points attempt details UI are enhanced for better user experience, when consuming it. This will work similarly in mobile as well.
- In Learner → Home → Poll / Survey / Files → points attempt details UI are enhanced for better user experience, when consuming it.
For Android & iOS Learners
- In Android & iOS Learners →Revamped empty screens & No internet connection screens to for improved user experience and design consistency.
- In Android & iOS Learners →Library to introduced an Explorer View to view files and folders in a structured list format.
- In Android & iOS Monitor → Group/Role hiding the empty sections and show No users message.
- In Android & iOS Learner Form →Added Delete and Submissions action buttons to the right side of the navigation bar on the Forms Web/SSR screen, enhancing accessibility and user convenience.
- In iOS Learners now see uploaded thumbnails for assigned quizzes and tests in TO-DO, Learning Path, Upcoming.

For Monitors
- In Monitor → Completion → Content now displaying Short Codes for each content.
For Admins
- In Admin → User now support OTP-based login, allowing users to log in using an OTP sent to their registered mobile number or email.
- In Form the Sort option has been removed and added the new Filter option in Scheduled Forms page table.
- In Form → Questions while duplicating the form components, only the parent component’s configuration is copied, while the sub-form fields and their configurations are not carried over to the duplicated component.
For Learners
- In Learner -> Form every time selects a catalog from the list, a new entry is created to maintain accurate tracking, improve data consistency, and enhance user experience.
- We have disabled the browser’s CTRL + P functionality across all pages of the web application.

For Admins
- In Forms themes are now available, enabling custom styling and preset themes for form rendering.
- In Forms the Schedule section is enabled once sets the form to Live, allowing them to manage and configure scheduling options seamlessly.
- In Forms open field edit side drawer functionality allows automatically enter edit mode upon clicking a form field component after it is added or dragged and dropped.
- In Admin → Structure → Display group/subgroup/role name in deletion confirmation popup.
- In Forms → Questions the Email and Mobile number components are enabled.
- In Forms, while editing the Question tab, the floating placeholder for the Page Title is removed inside the editing panel on the right side.
- In Admin → Content →Quiz/Test introduced six predefined tag suggestions in a dropdown format inside the “Make Live” pages.
- In Admin → Structure →Group →Subscription included the Organization along with Subscription name in the QR code downloaded for adding users.

- In Learner Form → can now experience the applied theme seamlessly while filling out the form and during submission, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- In Learner Form screens as been revamped by Added delete, submission option on the Form fill screen and Changed the forms layout.
- In Learner → Quiz the label “x Question(s) left” has been updated for better readability.
For Android and iOS Learners
- In Android and iOS Learner →Genie an introduced three static question suggestions for improved user guidance.
- In Android and iOS Learner →History included the Last Activity Timestamp in the Learning Path History to provide a detailed view of user engagement.
- In Android and iOS Learner→Monitor screen implemented the Active Learner Count display to provide real-time visibility of the number of active users.
- In Android and iOS Learner→ Added filter, sort, and search functionalities to the History Module to enhance user experience.
- In Android Learner → Quiz/Test thumbnails will be displayed in Todo, Learning path, Upcoming, File details page and the History screens.

- In Monitor → Completion → Content → File page added the new “Reactions” column.
For Admins
- In Admin → User → Assigned Contents enhanced the Manage Users Shortcode Information in Row Details, Copy to Clipboard Functionality, Shortcode Search Handling.
- In Admin → Content → File updated the file category field to be optional, allowing admins to create files without assigning a category.
- In Admin → Content → File a new option is added to display a file in the To-Do list on the home screen is available by selecting the High-priority checkbox.
- In Admin → Content →Quiz/Test the “Tag” field in the “Make Live” page of Quiz content is now mandatory.

- In Monitor → Usage → Users and Privileged new First Assigned Role column has been introduced.
- In Monitor → Usage screens now displays only the last used date, with the time removed on the ‘Last Used’ column.
For Admins
- In Admin → Craft AI → Assignment → Quiz introduced Title and Description suggestions in Craft Quiz In three levels as Beginner, Intermediate and Expert.
- In Form → View analytics have an ability to view a summary of form field responses and access individual user responses for a selected form field.
- In Form → Add Form →Questions have added a new image upload field.
- In Form → View analytics can view responses from any participant by clicking the ‘View Submission’ button under a specific user.
- In Admin → Content → File is in the upload state, the admin cannot assign it to any Group or Role using the ‘+’ button in the list.
For Learners
- In Library → File have added the “Open File” component to the library files, similar to the learning path, allowing users to view files with a single click.
- In Library → File Details Page has been revamped to improve the user experience.
- In Learner→ History page has been updated to display recently viewed or completed items at the top.
For Android & iOS Learners
- In Android Learner→ History tab has been updated to display recently viewed or completed items at the top.
- In Android Learner→ Insights tab has the usage streak feature to displaying data exclusively for Pure Learners.
- In iOS Learner → integrated the Monitor page into the Insights tab.
- In iOS Learner→History screen are redesigned to display a unified list consolidating items from all modules, including forms, for a more streamlined experience.
- In iOS Learner→ Insights tab Implemented Conditional Visibility for the Continuous Learning section and added dynamic UI updates based on engagement_status.

- Admins can now choose the Acknowledge Component when creating or editing a form.
- Admin Craft, the modules for Tests, Quizzes, and Files now support PDF and DOCX file uploads with an increased size limit.
For Learners
- Added a user usage streak feature to the Learner Insights tab, displaying data exclusively for Pure Learners.
- Task counter has been added in the top of the Todo and Paths screen in the Learner module.
For Android Learners
- RapL Android app has been updated with the new To Do feature and an Upcoming enhancement, introducing a refreshed UI design for all content-type cards.

- In Admin → User → Manage → Groups & Roles → admins can view the users assigned to specific groups and roles associated with an individual user. This is displayed in a dedicated column.
For Learners
