The challenge

Small store problems become big ones when nobody sees them

A broken chiller, a water leak or a missed cleaning round costs sales and customer trust when it goes unreported.

Paper checklists

Audits on paper or spreadsheets are slow and hard to verify.

Issues reported late

A leak or power fault waits for a phone call or the next visit.

No proof, no follow-up

Without photos and records, the same problems keep coming back.

What store teams do

Audit, report and maintain every store from a phone

Three simple jobs, each done with a photo, so every store stays in shape.
