Every knowledge check your people take feeds one map. Managers see who knows what, where the gaps are, and whether they are closing.
Choose the skills each role needs, like product knowledge or customer handling.
Short knowledge checks score every employee on every skill, from real answers.
Scores update as people learn, so managers see progress by person, team or region.
Compare regions, stores and teams on every skill.
See which topics each person has mastered.
Track how knowledge improves over time.
Scores refresh as people complete checks.
Region scores rank every sales group, so the weakest one stands out straight away.
Topic columns show where the whole team struggles, from upselling to competition.
Open any region to see individual scores and focus on the people who need it most.
Compare baseline and current scores to see real knowledge growth, skill by skill.
Competency mapping means defining the skills each role needs, then measuring where each employee and team stands against them. Knowledge Map does this automatically from knowledge check results.
Skill scores by region, team and employee, the weakest topics across the group, and how scores have grown from the baseline over time.
A spreadsheet is out of date the day you finish it. Knowledge Map updates as employees complete lessons and knowledge checks, so the scores reflect where people stand now.
No. Knowledge Map shows you where the gaps are, and your team decides what to assign. LXP can then deliver those lessons.
See where each region, team and person stands, and where to focus coaching next.
