RapL LXP adapts to each person, reinforcing what they’re weak on and moving them forward on what they’ve already mastered.
Right content for every role
Weak spots come back
Short lessons on any phone
When everyone gets the same content, most of it is either too easy or quickly forgotten.
A cashier and a store manager sit through the same modules.
Without reinforcement, most of what people learn fades fast.
Long modules compete with real work, so they get skipped.
LXP tracks how each person performs and adjusts what they see next.
Each role gets its own learning path from day one.
What each person sees next depends on how they answer.
Short lessons that fit into a real workday.
LXP spends time where each person needs it, not where they already know the answer.
Wrong answers are asked again a few days later.
Mastered topics step aside to save time.
Spaced practice keeps key information fresh.
Everything you need to give each employee the right content at the right time.
Different roles see different content, automatically.
Weak spots repeat, mastered topics step aside.
Managers see real progress, not just completion.
Every lesson works on the phone employees already carry.
The difference between learning once and learning that sticks.
LXP stands for learning experience platform. In RapL, LXP decides what each employee sees next, based on their role and how they perform.
A catalog shows everyone the same content. LXP reinforces what each person is weak on and moves past what they have mastered, so no two employees follow exactly the same sequence.
When an employee gets a question wrong, LXP brings it back a few days later. Once they answer it correctly and consistently, the topic steps aside.
A personalized learning path is the sequence of lessons each employee sees. In LXP it starts from their role and changes as they learn.
Yes. LXP is mobile-first, so every lesson works on the phone employees already carry.
Give every employee a learning path that adapts to them, from day one.
